The Discovery Call is a short phone or video conversation.

Although this is not a coaching call, the Discovery Call is an opportunity for me to better understand your specific goals and where you may be getting stuck with reaching those goals.

I’ll ask focused questions to guide our discussion to uncover
1) what you want to experience and accomplish during our work together and, 2) how life & mindset coaching with me might be different than what you’ve already tried. 

The Discovery Call also gives us the chance to see if we’re a good match! If we both think we’re a good fit, then we’ll talk about the design of the coaching package that will work best for you.
