Let me begin by saying, I know exactly what you’re feeling. A desire for change, but fear holding you back. Starting and stopping. Craving the life and body you always imagined. If you’re like me, you are juggling a lot of things every single day. From career, to relationships, to community and volunteer … we women have several roles and wear many hats. As a result, our own self care gets pushed to the bottom of the to-do list or it’s never even considered as an option *sigh*.

For a month we will identify your vision, set goals, plan, build healthy habits, and problem solve ways to ensure you are able to make healthy choices that fit for your life. We will work to banish negative self-talk, remove the inner bully, re-train your mind and rebuild confidence in order to start (and continue) building the necessary habits to change the way you approach your health and nutrition!

I gained a lot of weight in college.
I ate like crap and smoked cigarettes.
I wasn’t “me”
I made a decision to make a change.
I lost weight.
And lost too much at one point.
Gained some back.
Lost some again.
And then I decided to focus on getting strong instead.

And the strength I’m talking about is not merely increasing muscle. I’m really talking about INTERNAL STRENGTH.

And that is the transformation I’m focusing on.

I’m sure these photos give a quick glimpse into my physical transformations and cycles … my starts and stops … my successes and setbacks.

But my decision to get strong INSIDE is what has helped to start the end of the cycle. The operative words there are “helped to start.” That doesn’t mean I haven’t had setbacks since, but they are far less detrimental. And the more I focus on my inner strength, happiness during the process, discipline and balance the better my external changes … and the more they stick.

So why do I make this work?

I’m just a normal girl. Just like you. I LOVE pizza, pasta and cookies. I hate running. I love anything fun with music that gets me moving. I’m busy. Me and my husband own 2 businesses we run from home. We love traveling and enjoying quality time with friends and family.

I make this work because it also feeds my mind and spirit. Plus, it’s the simplest system I’ve ever experienced. Work smarter, not harder! So, I choose programs with short but effective workouts (usually half an hour or less). And of course, I make sure to give my body what it needs every single day with Shakeology. It’s a convenient way to feed my body with the dense superfood nutrition and saves me loads of time and money on other health supplements.

To further keep my nutrition in check, I also use the portion controlled system Beachbody has created. I can tell you all about it if you like! I eat lots of clean food and avoid processed stuff.

I make this work by I staying plugged in. This is a HUGE KEY FOR SUCCESS! Every month I stay plugged in with the challenge group. Not only as a coach to others, but I also use it as my own accountability. It keeps me on track. Seeing all the people in there posting their sweaty workout pictures, their healthy meals and what they’re learning keeps me inspired to make it happen also! If they can do it, so can I! And so can you!

To round out everything, I fuel my soul with positivity and I stay connected to our beautiful fit tribe because the connection, uplifting attitudes, and positivity keep me feeling blessed, encouraged and empowered.

Okay! Ready to do this? Here’s the prerequisites. (They are super easy, so don’t get nervous!)

  • You must be 18 or older (sorry young in’s!)
  • You must live in the US, Canada, the UK or on a US Military Base
  • This opportunity is not open to Beachbody coaches or people currently working with other Beachbody coaches (if you have ordered from Beachbody or done a challenge in the past and are not sure if you currently have a coach, just shoot me an email and I’ll help you figure it out!)
