Month One is filled with moderate training workouts that work your upper body then lower body. Plus, what I really appreciate about the program is that Chalene teaches you the proper form and technique for the resistance moves you’ll be doing, whether you’re using weights or bands.
It’s sooooo important to get in your cardio, but to get the toned results you want you MUST get your strength training in!! With ChaLEAN Extreme it’s a great workout that builds muscle while burning fat, and also targets those stubborn women areas, which is something I especially love!
