Manage Your Holiday Stress this Season  The holidays are supposed to be the happiest time of the year. But for many, it’s a very stressful time filled with different emotions and triggers. Whether it’s because of a lack of money for gifts, feelings of loneliness or an overwhelming overload of commitments, just one of those issues can wipe out any holiday cheer. Throughout the entire season we all hear messages of joy, love and peace. However, many people experience depression and anxiety around this time of year. And the pressure to be “happy” or “joyful” may make it harder to actually cope with negative feelings. Wanna know how I’ve learned how to deal with negative people? Through personal development and surrounding myself with people who lift me up and vice versa! Over the past few years, I’ve really started soaking up as much personal development resources as possible.  And I’ve recently started sharing some of the things I’m learning in my newsletter. So why not also do that here! Personal Development opens up a new world of possibilities for growth! And I think it’s much better to be a better YOU all-around than to have a 6-pack. Don’t you agree? Because I’ve been wanting to put this up for a while now… But I knew in my heart that I HAD TO! And if I could INSPIRE even a few people, it would be WORTH it being VULNERABLE and posting it up for whomever to see. Instead of me just repeating what’s on the About Me page … I’ll share some different insights 🙂 → So you know, the transformation goes from left to right. And the…

Had a rough day? Feeling a little anxious? Are you stressed? Maybe even had an SNL-like skit run through your mind imagining you’re throwing your PC against the wall? Hey don’t feel bad. We’ve all been there! But what are you doing about it? I have found out over the years exercise is one of the best stress relievers out there. Sure I heard and read many experts say that before. But until I really started getting into a consistent workout routine could I really appreciate and understand that advice. However, I have to confess that there are many occasions I’ll come home from a hard day at work … many times pretty late … and I just DO NOT feel like working out. I can honestly think of…
