Body Beast OMG Becky, look at her back!   But seriously. Today marks Day 18 of my 10-week plan that is consisting of #BodyBeast with a low-carb diet 6 days a week + one carbalicious refeed night per week. body beast  training Here’s my accountability. Today marks Day 1 of my 10-week training. It will primarily consist of an at home program called Body Beast … but I will sprinkle in PiYo and Turbo Kick. Today was a 45-min chest & tris workout. I’ll be focusing on a high fat, lower carb nutrition plan for 6-7 days followed by a high carb, “refeed” night! 🙌🏼 Shakeology daily and lots and lots of water! Fitness Training Kickoff of 2014! Here is my progress so far… On January 7th, I started my 6-week training for Spartan Race! I had gained some unwanted pounds during the holidays and I needed a push. Plus, on my list of fitness goals was to really define my abs – which has always been my trouble spot.
